The Spring Haiku Collection
This week I offer a collection of haiku’s inspired by spring.
The birds are chirping
Like it’s their last day in spring
It is only the first.
Go for a wander far
Where the air is sweet and fresh
You will find yourself.
The fresh spring rain falls
To nourish the land with warmth
How quickly it loves.
Grass grows how it pleases
Never at the perfect length
For what is perfect?
Smile at a stranger
For when you share a moment
They become a friend.
Stand tall around others
You only need to impress
The man in the mirror.
The changing seasons
A constant reminder of
How we never change.
Clever did you write them?
